Played on a Regional Championship team which reached the Elite Eight.

Was the 1982 EKIT Most Valuable Player

Was awarded the 1982 Golden Glove Award

Baseball coach at South Laurel High School (10 years)

Softball coach at South Laurel High School (7 years)

Baseball coach at Sue Bennett College (2 years)

Coached youth league and travel baseball and softball from 1983 to 2015 with 5 State Championships, one Central Regional Runner-up, and one Central Regional Final Four.

Favorite Non-Baseball/Softball Sport

Water sports: Skiing, tubing, fishing, etc.

Baseball and softball hitting including swing fundamentals, swing path, timing, balance, power, mental approach, 2 strike approach, and live arm batting practice.
